    For a cheaper PSU: http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-80PLU...4418&sr=1-5&keywords=corsair+750+watt+modular

As for your motherboard bottlenecking, you should be golden.
Just a recommendation, if you're only going to be gaming, im fairly sure i5's will do just as good as i7's. No need in spending more money. Hyper threading if anything is a bit worse for gaming. (not much, if anything about -1%, nothing noticeable. )

As for the RAM question, i have 8GB, and I rarely use over 4. I don't think ESO would be as intensive as say battlefield, which I only use about 6gb of my ram when i play that. You should be fine.

an i5 really should be plenty fast :D
You have a pretty good CPU cooler, so you could overclock just fine aswell.
I'm not positive about streaming, I'd wait for someone else who really knows what they are talking about to respond to the thread. I would certainly assume you could get by just fine without an i7 though :)
The only real difference between the two is hyper threading, and to my knowledge thats really only useful for extreme video editing, and most applications won't even use it. (Hyper Threading can actually negatively impact some apps)

You're better off with an i7 if you plan on streaming... With new games coming out that will be using more and more cores (ie: Watchdogs, which requires a minimum of a quad-core system), you are better off holding true to that i7 where the hyper-threads could potentially take a load off the main cores for minor tasks.

Although it -is- possible to stream on an i5 (I do it but I'm overclocked w/ AIO Liquid), I am planning on moving up to an i7 where I know I won't have issues.

Here is an explanation of Hyper-Threading so you can actually understand WHY this will be useful very soon: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/hyperthreading-technology-explained/

And this quote explains another part of it:
Did I mention that the Titanfall Beta has 6GB of Audio files in it (out of the 12GB downloaded)?

The PSU Dizzle has suggested is alright though.

That's all personal preference. I don't have an SSD, because I already boot up very quickly without it, and a 7200RPM hard drive isn't by any means slow.
If you're playing single player games like say skyrim, loading times will be quicker with an SSD, like when you walk into a building, or out of a city, whatever.
If you're playing multiplayer games like COD/Titanfall etc, an SSD will just result in faster initial loading times. :p

Let me explain try to explain this as simply as possible: An SSD does not really matter, no. You CAN just go with a HDD...

However - if you are very impatient like me, and use a multitude of programs rather often, then yes it makes a significant difference.

Boot times are a lot quicker, when I load my programs - including larger ones like PS6 it takes <2 seconds... and it also gives space for games. Let me put it this way - I originally bought a SSD just for my OS, and major programs like Photoshop/Fireworks/Cinema-4D and wound up getting a second one specifically allocated for video games (480GB of SSD space total). :)

That's just a waste. Put your OS on the SSD.

ESO will not necessarily be useful on an SSD. An SSD is for booting times - single player games and boot times of maps in multiplayer games... I play a lot of CSGO so it helps with boot times into and out of maps... as well as single-player games.

As I said, it's primarily for making the computer boot faster, programs boot faster, etc.

It's not that you wouldn't put games on it... it's that there are other things that are more useful in that space...
