As you can see, I was buying a "RARE STEAM NAME LOGIN", he did not sell me this, and badly overcharged for something of no value.
I offered to give him the account back, I haven't even logged onto it. He refuses to pay me back. OBVIOUSLY, there is nothing "RARE" about a log in name such as [email protected]
