Well then you're better off training on rock crabs, because they are 200xp per crab, and you probably only have to eat once for each crab, so 200 times 28(full inventory of trout/tuna) equals 5600xp per full load of trout/tuna. This proves that rock crabs are much more efficient, and do not risk your account to be banned.

It's decent, but as I have 91 Strength on my account, and I'm going for 99, If I'm D Scim'ing I could probably 2 or 3 hit the "punching bag"

"Food has to be bought" is not a con at all, "Good for 1 def pures who get hit alot when fighting monsters." If u fight Monster u still have to buy food

tbh the training isnt worth the hassle but how you double log in is cool

I'm not that bothered about the combat but thanks for letting me know how to do the same world log in thing, I've not been able to do that since ''unsigned'' was removed from options.
