Why you think they are ban evading:

I was recently browsing through the RS2 Pictures and Videos section guide casually and enjoying my time, I came upon this thread whose thread owner is now banned (friend of Sam's I think, which could be Name Trader)

So all the names were pretty amazing and I read from top to bottom, and at last, out of curiosity, I clicked on the link at the end of the post which leads me to Sam's Shop

I was once again casually browsing through the names, enjoying my free time, since I really have nothing to do and it's the beginning of my two week long holiday, and one thing caught my eye. The name "Duel Arena", I swear to god I've seen this somewhere before.

So I hurried to the name sales section, and as expected, I saw this thread.

He even stated original login and no recoveries.

Now going back to Sam's Shop, I made a discovery, and might actually provide a solid prove that he's a ban evader.

Under Sam's thread, there's a quote which read "Currently available names (These are not display names):"

And under this section, it contained the name Duel Arena, perfectly matching. Which means the name "Duel Arena" Sam tried to sell was the original account. And so is Name Trader.

This is all so far, since I will be leaving the rest to you Mods, maybe a further research on him could take place? I'm just a passerby and saw something fishy and just went along with the good side and reported it.
