Got scammed, Steam account worth more than 400 USD.

kusangikei scammed me. He wanted to buy my steam account, but I was stupid enought to go first and gave hime proof. He "bought it" for 170 USD, and gave me a fake proof of purchase: http://zoliben.in/kepek/jeT5xjo.png

It's funny cose he's selling these for less then he bought it from me. He said that he's going to report me here as well, but think about who's the scammer. I gave the accounts, he took them, I gave him proof of purchase, he gave me a fake proof of paypal, and I still hasn't got the payment.
