We are currently looking for a Live Chat operator for the following hours (Eastern Time [GMT-4])

Wednesday - 7:30 PM - 1 AM
Friday - 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Optional)
Saturday - 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Sunday - 9:30 AM - 2 PM

Total Hours Per Week: 15 or 20 Hours


These hours are not flexible. You must be able to meet this schedule on a weekly basis. Do not apply if you cannot meet this obligation. These are currently the only hours available.

Job Description:

Help customers ordering through our website, and assist them with deliveries. Provide high quality customer service. Arrange purchases with suppliers (after appropriate training).

3) Why you should you be considered for the position:

Well, I consider myself mature and I also feel I have a good history of RuneScape trading and other virtual trading in general; I'm able to get along with people in general, I'm able to communicate well. Even though English isn't my native language, I can speak it fluently.

Yes. The Wednesday hours are hard for me to make, but I can do it if necessary (Talked about this on fb with you).

I sell a lot of 07 rsgp (goldfarming), so I have 2 vpn services with dedicated Ip addresses, so I can deliver rsgp with minimal flagging. Also I am Canadian ;p.

If t is just chat and assisting them with trades (telling them when, where and whom to trade then all of them, I will need to use my phone for some part of Wednesday, the rest of the days I can use my phone).
