Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

He has used different aliases and along with that has used many different Ips. Also he's given himself vouches on those accounts. He is just trying to make money off of his runescape selling, which all accounts were posting on the same category with the same kind of products, so he ban evaded 4 times, maybe more.
