My story: He promised service would be done in 2 days, called me kid and was outright rude. took over 6 days and still hadnt completed service. I had to buy another bond just so he could keep doing job. (had 5 days membership left when he started) everytime i ask for updated he tells me exactly what the highscores say and then says "2 more days." keeps complaining on the price he agreed to do it for which is why he is not prioritizing my job. He also says "what are you gonna do, report me?" because he knows hes bullying and not conducting business properly but i am new. I feel scammed and helpless. I stress he will get 2 defense on my account also because he has been rude and complained the entire time. unprofessional. If not banned, needs a TRADE WITH CAUTION tag on his profile.

 

We are sorry that you had a problem with us regarding your purchase. We are a new so called "business" and we had the intention to make the price as fair as possible. You wanted us to get you 50-60 attack and 70-80 range in two days. We did agree upon it, but we did let you know that there was an islamic holiday coming up on friday so it was going to get busy. Aswell we were going to finnish your account by the end of this day, our workers made sure of that. We tried our best to be fair to you, considering we had a busy weekend/holiday. You calling us a scammer and saying we were completely rude to you is somehow hypocritical since you swore at us for no reason;(Screenshot - 068e72fa2680604793d7d67a6896944a - Gyazo). We did say that we'd compensate if we were not done in time, but we did let you know about the holidays that were going to delay that deadline. We are sorry that you decided to cancel the order in the brink of completion and we hope youd change your mind about us. Thank you.

 

@saima Can you provide proof of notifying the customer the service would be late?

 

his above quote referring to me saying 2 days is invalid. He offered to do the service for 14.5m and insisted it would be done in "48 hours"
after we agreed he informed me it would actually take 3 days because of "islamic holiday" meaning the second day they would be off of work.
the 3rd day he spent his entire day away from computer, understandable.
4th day arguement about how im "pestering" him about updates on my accout. close to end of 4th day he requests i get darts for the account as he ran out of arrows. so i do instantly.
come 6th day and he hasnt logged on since i got the darts for him. then argues he is still underpaid for the task he agreed on and it was his offer and i mearly accepted it. trade with caution. I will be happy to provide complete conversation screenshots from second i added him until he Laughed at me for telling him I would respectfully fill out a trade with caution or scammer report. thank you for looking into this @Champ

 

We tried to be as fair as possible with you and offered you compensation if it took longer then expected but now you’re making things up against us. You state you got mithril darts instantly but clearly it took you 1 whole day to get that sorted as you can see here Screenshot - 8500977b81b55f67922b535862ccbe93 - Gyazo. Before you even paid you agreed to our timeframes and we stayed you’ll be compensated if there’s any delays and you were okay with that. Screenshot - 8500977b81b55f67922b535862ccbe93 - Gyazo. You also paid us very low claiming someone had offered you better but since we’re new we did the service for you and it was almost completed. There was some delays but we kept you updated all the way. So I don’t see what exactly you’re looking for here as a solution. @Champ

I’ll let the mods deal with this one. We’re doing several other orders now no one has ever complained but obviously the person who comes up with fake quote which they claim they received is the one that’s going to report us even though the order was 2 levels from complete. You’re just as pathetic as they come honestly

Can you show me proof of telling about the delay? That screenshot proves nothing.

@Champ he is leaving out time stamps and zooming in to not show other stuff he said with that. or to hide his response to my response. he said 1-2 days. last thursday, 6 days ago. no compensation to any of it.

 

I’m zooming in so that the required message can be read. What exactly are you trying to achieve here you haven’t been scammed you’ve been told straight up and agreed to it before the order was started.

 

You took 1 day to resupply the account and we told you 48hours from that time it will be done as it was the end of the religious holiday we stated before starting your order.

 

If you are running a service you really need to clarify if its 2 days irl time or 2 days ingame playtime. There is a difference in that to keep you safe dealing with these kind of people. I get messaged from people asking to have barrows gloves done in 3 weeks exactly irl time and i specifiy with them that it is 3 weeks of ingame playtime. So that could mean me working on somones account for example 2 months played irl time but only have 2 weeks of ingame playtime on it. I'm not trying to get involved in this but giving out a pointer or tip @saima . Anywho good luck ya'll.

@Kleptomaniacs hey I completely understand what you mean here. This guy clearly saw his order was just about to be finished and reported us and told us to log out. we’re new to all this and the person who was working on the order just gave the timeframe but there was a holiday which delayed it. We honestly haven’t done anything wrong here. If there wasn’t a holiday plus the delay in resupplying the account I’m sure we’d have completed it within the time.
