Report/post/reason that got you banned: Got scammed by sail

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: This was a little over 3 years ago. Guntrix, the one I who lost access to the account after I sold it to him, told my family and I to get cancer, then blocked me. He also was banned (for scamming I think?) soon after reporting me. I have no way of contacting him, even if I was inclined to.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, although I was banned for ban evasion after making an account name Clu_ I think, I didn't understand it was against the rules since I was still a teen back then, apologies.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The ban I received originally was on my account named Sail, and it was over three years ago. The user who reported me was named Guntrix, and he reported me for scamming him out of an account I had sold him. I never scammed him though, and his report was full of false claims and very well cropped screenshots. After Guntrix informed me the account I sold him a few days prior had been locked I decided to ask him a few questions. One was whether he had botted at all with it, he answered yes. I assumed this was the reason the account was locked. I also considered other possibilities such as the original owner who I bought it from might have attempted to recover it, but I thought it doubtful because I had been using the account for months and everything was fine.

I understand now, apparently even if he botted on the account and got it banned, that I am the one who is to refund him, no matter what.

All of your dispute threads start by you claiming your innocense, though we have very solid proof you are the perpetrator here, not the victim.

As for my previous threads claiming innocence, I was mistaken (partially). I did not recover the account, or attempt to recover the account. I had purchased the account from someone else before selling it, and I can say for sure that they (the original owner) attempted reclaiming the account, causing this whole debacle. I was in the wrong for not refunding Guntrix. Even though he cursed me out, told my family to get cancer, and claimed he was going to SWAT me, I should have paid him his $70 back. If he's still around then I am willing to refund him.

Yeah this is why I prefer Discord. I've lost access to 2 of my Skype accounts because Skype forced me to update and create a microsoft account. The one that I currently have access to is: [private] (Please redact that name when you add this to the thread, thank you).

^ He quoted @guntrix his skype here so possibly he was wrongly banned.

 

Debt of $70 received in 07GP which we calculated based on recent 07WTS threads (average of $1.05/m) so 70$/1.05 is 66.6M 07GP.
