Problem:
I keep trying to send the email to reset my password - the email never comes in?
Can you please reset my pw to my email? - It's the same email on the account.

Still no email in you took abit long to respond so i stopped checking every day but can you please manually send a pw reset to me ? @Charlotte

Please stay on the same IP as before - do not use a proxy of any kind. Since the pw reset didn't work, give me a new email (again) on the correct IP, so that I can add it to your account.
