+ He has gone inactive since being banned/twc'd for fake vouches, suggesting he has other sythe profiles.

 

The IP is clean but the first 2 octets are a match to those other accounts. I looked up other users with those 2 octets but there are too many for me to know which are a match or not. Keep your eyes open, I'm sure he's out there too
