Safest way to Buy/Sell?

Hi guys, i've recently had a person (now banned) Charage back $50 on Paypal, its not alot but its hardly the point, I sold him an account on December the 4th and he Only made the Dispute today, I doubt i'l win the dispute but thats life.

My question(s) are, what do you think the safest way to buy/sell online is?

I can't use Western Union untill im 18 (3 months or so to go)
And i don't really want to run the risk of idiots charging back all the time :embar:

Are there any ways to make Paypall safer etc? I always get the payments sent as gifts however its still possible to claim back money etc.

So yeah what are safer ways of trading online, that don't require you to be 18+, any feedback is appretiated.

Yeah, but the issue with that is Over-sea payment and then issues with Payments being recieved etc, could cause Alot of drama.

I always gift it, however selling to trusted members only Highly limits the people i can sell to :embar: Im looking for other means of trading like other sites that are safe to use etc, not tips on how to use paypal.

 

as for sites theres always scammers just gotta be careful and hop for good trades : )
