Safest way to accept paypal payment?

In all trades, the risk of a charge-back on PayPal is possible and can occur at any time. The best advice is to trade with highly trusted members only as it significantly minimizes the risk of charge-backs.

Tbh you should only accept paypal from people that are really trusted, anybody else is a bad idea.

 

Also note that no matter what evidence you have, winning a chargeback vs the buyers credit card company (not PayPal) is almost a 0% chance. You can ask for a picture of the buyer's paypal balance to make sure they are using only PayPal's funds. Cheers!

 

I'd only accept WU or BTC from normal users, unless you know for sure they're trusted and won't chargeback.

But as Dunworry already stated, BTC is a bitch sometimes because the pricing is always up and down. But it is by far the safest option for receiving payments from normal day users on Sythe.

 

The reason BTC is a bitch is because nobody knows how to use it, not because of the pricing.

 

Have them supply a photo ID with their face in the photo, along with forwarding the payment receipt.

 

Still won't work if they dispute via credit card company :\. There's no winning haha.
