    Ok so i bought an account and some how it got it locked and i dont got the info to recover it and he doesn't have it either so does anyone know what i should do?

    You are pretty much stuck, just keep trying to unlock it and if you get lucky you will be successful.

    Just use as much info as you have.

    If it's been locked you won't be able to recover it. File a scam report and charge back your money.

    Before assuming you were scammed ^, try to contact the seller. If he ignores you or simply refuses to unlock it, I'd attempt to file a scam report.
