When buying a UC (Unconverted) pet or any neopet, the last thing you want to do is get frozen for it. I have a few pointers for you to keep your pet safe.

- Buying a Neopet for NP (Neopoints)

Give the person the NP via your preferred method
Get them to send the Neopet to a 'side' account, e.g not your main
Wait a month or two, so the attentions gone off the pet
Transfer the pet to your main account


- Buying a Neopet for RSGP/PP/WU etc

Give them the payment via your preferred method
Get them to send the neopet to the account of your choice, it doesn't matter which this time, as there's no NP exhanged.
Make it look like a gift by thanking them and making a page for your pet, also training it etc.


- Other pointers I'd recommend

Always create a pet profile, always. If you're pretending you've been given a gift, you've gotta make it look like you're appreciative.
Leave 2-3 months between having different UC's on your account or adding more
Never move more than 2 UC's through your account a year. You'll probably get frozen as a suspected trader.
Use multiple accounts for trading UC's, and change your IP using VPN's. They will flag it once you've had an account frozen.
