    They are hard to sell because nobody wants to buy an account and put work into it, just to get it recovered. If you were extremely trusted, I can see it going for $30-40. If not, $5-20.

    Can I get more information what's so worthy with sucha accounts? Beside it's pretty I don't see any use for them tbh.

    This is still pointless. They can have Jagex reset the info on the account and then recover it back.
