I'm having an issue with this guy, and it's all extremely questionable.

I originally made a thread asking for an account to be made from scratch, he replied to the thread with a price and I added him on discord. He said on discord it'll take 14-20 days to create the account for 100M.
I went first, I traded him 90M in game, and I was told to leave 10M on the account for him to use for supplies.


I can show a full screenshot via PM to anyone that may requests, as well as a name & '90m me' comfirmation.

It was 1:30PM PST Thursday when the trade went down, and was told he was going to start the account after his brother got home from the store with snacks.

Right after this trade went down, I had another person message me saying 96M and 8 days for completion, which is pretty much twice as fast as Yellow offered. I told him it was unfortunate, but I had already found somebody.

on Friday around 4PM PST I realized the account has not been leveled, nor logged in since the trade went down over 24 hours ago. I thought he was going to start the night prior? Guess not. At this point I had noticed he had posted on a dozen other threads offering to do their services, but never even started mine. I started getting a little sketched out at this point, why are you signing up for a dozen more jobs when you havent even started a big one you already received?
Since he never started anything, I asked for a refund as I told him I was feeling sketched out about it all, and someone that I trusted had offered to do it for less, in half the amount of time. He said he wasn't giving a refund unless it was 65% returned (lol). I told him yeah no, so I messaged Tysimpson who also told me to ask him for a refund, but yellow hat obviously wasnt having any of that. The moment I asked for a refund, he logs in the account and starts training. I figured whatever, he's going to start the grind now I guess.

It's now 4 days later, and he has made barely any progress on the account and has barely even been on it at all. I have the account added so I can see anytime it's logged in, and no he has not turned his private off.

I'd assume he's put anywhere between 6-8 hours of progress into the account.
The only time he ever logs into the account is if I message him again asking for a refund.
I told him to refund me 90M and keep 10M for the progress he's already done.

He's now posted on between 20-30 service threads offering services to people, while still having no real progress on mine. I'm thinking he's just collecting massive amounts of gp for services, and then never actually going to complete any progress.

Everytime I ask him about the account he has some sort of retarded reason as to why its being delayed 'im dealing with paypal and skrill stuff atm.'
As this is being posted, he is no longer replying to any of my discord messages.

I fail to see how you can reach out to this many people to offer services: https://i.imgur.com/qRYKSfW.png yet make such little progress with your current order. Refusing to refund when you've made no progress at all, is also pretty distasteful.

You're to either refund @swaggasaurus rex back in full (-10m that he's allowing you to keep), or complete the job in your 14 day time period. Failure to complete it will also result in a full refund, so if you feel like you can't complete within the time period then issue a refund.

He never mentioned keeping 10m yesterday and he didn't have a time urgency to this either. I said it should take 14-20 days and it hasn't been 4 days yet.. He wanted a refund the next day after not showing urgency on this task. Why put me a trade with caution??

was the last time we spoke yesterday???, I woke up to 9 messages from him and him threatening me saying if i dont reply hes going to report me.

Here before we agreed he even said I could bot it and restart at a point if it gets banned.

I told the client now to talk VIA sythe as I want nothing more to do with the child.

I'm just going to refund him, can a mod get his payment, I don't have time to deal with children and thats exactly what this user is.

I deal with intelligent humans who understand how to do a trade proper, and im dissapointed in you @Gladiator for letting him speak with me the way he did without any proof. I dont scam nor do I do clients wrong, this user is trying to eb a snake and you are supporting him on it.

Tell me when you are ready to get his 90m, I want nothing to do with this child and his pathetic attempts to make me look bad.

I said you could bot the account, assuming it's going to be faster. You play on the account 4 hours a day maximum, it's going to take you two months at this rate.
I asked for a refund before the job was even started, and you offered a petty 65% refund, lol. There was no 'nonrefundable' or '35% cancellation fee' as it was not done via your thread with your own ToS.

He said 96M which is only 4M, I dont give a shit about 4m. It was the fact he could do it twice as fast as you, and I've dealt with him and big orders in the past so I trust him more.

The account was never logged in in the first place until I originally first requested the refund, and you logged in immediately and started. I've been on for the last 7 hours and my account was never logged in until I told you to keep 10m for the work you've done and refund me 90m, at that point the account was logged in. You said you were sleeping.. why was the account logged in coincidentally right after I requested a refund? lmao.

If you were asleep, why was the account logged in less than 5 minutes after I requested another refund on the account telling you to keep 10M? It's so weird and fishy.

You have to understand his entire post was a lie, the client wanted a refund bc he found it cheaper b4 I had a chance to start. It's that simple fam and the fact you guys let him post this wall of BS because it sounds like some good drama is ridiculous.

I treat almost everyone with the same respect they give me and this user is out of his mind and you allowed him to post his "opinion" yes, but it wasn't the truth.

Pardon the aggression VIA discord , just woke up and this is the first thing I see outside a few other people pming me on discord asking whats going on.

The user didn't wait for me to reply VIA discord, and no mods told him give a few hours for me to reply. I napped for like 4-6 hours today , there was no patience shown here by anyone and it really upsets me.

Some advice for you both:
@swaggasaurus rex You can't jump ship if you come across a better deal once you've already made one, not unless you've discussed this before hand. Discuss ToS clearly when you reach out to someone.

@Yellow_Hat_OSRS_Services If you're not going to offer refunds or only partial refunds, this needs to be discussed before hand, you can't just choose to withhold money because of your own lack of progress. I'd also advise focusing more on completing current orders, than to seek out several jobs at once. If you're so limited on time, how do you plan on taking all the jobs which you were seeking out?

As a service provider on sythe, you have a duty of care to your customers. Hopefully this serves enough of a warning for you to fix these questionable practises.
