Need a Mod

Hello, recently I had a trade where me and Toshtext traded, Delta was used as an MM, the trade was my 30m, for his Netgear wireless router, the package arrived today and instead came a Wired router, Delta brought to our understandings that neither me or Toshtext mentioned if it was a wired or wireless router so he doesn't know what to do, none of our pms mentioned either wired or wireless also, the only proof I have against that is I made a thread shortly after I thought he backed out the trade, http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1291784
the tittle and my post clearly talks about a wireless router, and Toshtext himself clearly posts on it saying he didn't back out and hes sending it.
just came here to ask a mod what should delta do about this, I wanted to ship it back but Toshtext thinks he should still get the money.

 

The title of the thread says wireless, so there should of been no problem when understanding what type of router it should of been. Can you send it back and get a refund?
