s_x_e is a scammer!

hello, i was just scammed out of a draik potion from s_x_e, we communicated via sythe messages, i unfortunitly dont know how to post thoes on this topic, so i will forward them to any global mod that would like them, or if anyone could tell me how to post them up that would be great as well, well, hear is the short story form, i said money first, he said item first, i said ok, he went offline, no money

long story: i was offered $38 by s_x_e, he said he wished for the item first, i said thats fine, i sent him item, he than did not reply to my messages, than s_x_e went offline, and still, no money Q_Q

You need to take a screenshot of each individual message and post it here. There is a guide on how to host screenshots in the stickies.

Note that any information in a quote box is NOT proof, so you need to post the original message for it to be used.

 

ok, i did that, can any mods give me the scammers email so i can request my money from him? i just did that to show you guys no $38 payment yet , the 24 was from selling some neopoints today, witch i can confirm

 

Do you have any way to prove he took the neopets goods?

 

the pictures where i said ok send money and he said to confirm whats your neopets user name, that would only refer to me sending the gift (due to the message saying send item first before payment) and him asking me to confim account, only way for him to know that is for me to have sent his item (again, refered to sending it as a "gift" by the scammer)

 

You have no proof that you sent the item. Sorry.
