    he scammed me 80m i dont know if his internet disconected or if he just scammed me

    can paypal administrator or moderator pm him that he need to send me 52$ if he comes online or he get banned or something i realy hate this because i wanted o get a Vps from that money .... and i realy worked hard on that 80m.
