I'm I at risk for getting banned?

So 2 seasons ago I got banned for elo boosting and I've been clean since, I've haven't gotten or elo boosted at all since. Just occasionally duoing around d4 with a high WR. But the other day I played on my friend's smurf account and that account has not been active for months (gold last season) except for 3 days ago when my friend dodged a ranked game and logged off. So I played one game on it yesterday duo ranked with friend and I played my main role and on some off champion and we lost. So my question is will I get banned on my main? Any chance? And what happens when someone "confesses to riot"
