There's a few easier ways to get cash out of paypal. You could get a paypal debit card and withdraw at an ATM. You could link to a bank account and withdraw that way. If you don't want to do either of those, I'm pretty sure you can withdraw by check. In the US, it only costs $1.50 to withdraw by check, but I'm not sure about England. Check out the withdraw button on Paypal and go to "Request a Check."
