Buy 60 attack, 1 def, 90 + Str, Magic, Range

I have been out of this game since 2007 and am trying to buy an account to pk. Do not have a lot of time so this account must be quested.

Quests that must be done
-Monkey Madness
-Desert Treasure
-Recipe for Disaster for Mithril Gloves
-Fire Cape (not needed but bonus $)
-Any other quests needed for items such as climbing boots, etc.
-zammy, sara, or guthix book/cape etc.
-Ideally, an account with around 90+ strength, range, and mage (all 3 required)
-1 defense and prayer as little as possible. Not sure if the prayer I am asking for is still possible with the quests that I want done above)

So if anyone has an account similar to these requirements I will consider. It would also be great if the seller was a reliable and has many vouches.
