Defense Pure / Few questions

Whats goin on guys, my buddy and I have started training defense pures with the intention of either selling them as 1/40/1 accounts, or putting bonds on them and selling them as 40 defense pures with 73 hunter for black chins.

We will either be selling this account for 10-15m ish

Or the same stats with 73 hunter for around 70-90m.
