Basically I will use any payment OTHER THAN PA... Player Auctions has this verification process in which they require your utility bills, drivers license, and even a photo ID. Folks, to my knowledge that's a little more than effed up. I'm here to spend money on digital items, not give my life's information away for them... PA is a Chinese site... They keep your personal information and aren't required by any lawful medium to refrain from selling it/store it for indefinite periods of time. Maybe you're not a working adult in the real world yet, but you've obviously need to learn a few things. Speaking from someone who's gone through that already. A small chinese company has very little backing from the rest of the world if you say - charged your visa / PP back. In fact, if their PP accounts/business accounts were frozen (and it happens more than one would think) it costs them a lot. I understand their "risks", but it shouldn't be at the mercy of your personal information on that level. On a legal level they have no grounds to do what they do in the first place, let alone ask for that type of stuff. It's very hypocritical to throw in a moral sphere of argumentation into this mix as well as: any other thoughts, sympathy, or empathy regarding the topic - because it's the truth and not mindless conjecture. If you're gonna partake in shady shit, it's going to be shady; if not the person buying or selling, it's shady from the TOS violations of that game's developers. In other words, it's an all around risk from all angles.
