Buying Decent main from Donators only ~200$ or less

Looking for a starter main, The more you have donated the more I will pay. Looking for atleast 176 qp but if the stats are high enough will maybe buy one without that. An account like this would be perfectly fine, it's just I can't trust a new member without donations and or high number of vouches. The risk of a account retrieval is too high.
