Looking to buy a high level RS07 account from $200-250

Reqs for account:
-Barrows gloves
-Fire cape
-Rune/Dragon Defender
-Range void (at least)
-Torso,legs,head Graceful
-99 att/str/def/range or anything close to that (any HP lvl,94 mage, and 70 prayer is fine)
-All/most stat requirements for remainder of quests and hard/elite clues (not items).
-I'd rather have stats over money.

I'm basically looking to do little to no work on stats and untradeables, and jump right into money making/staking/PvM.

If you have something that meets these requirements feel free to PM me. If you do not have good feedback or are first time seller we will use a third party website for purchase so I can get long-term account insurance.
