- You must provide a photo ID with the name matching the associated name on the PayPal account.
- The amount paid must come from your current PayPal balance.
- I will provide you with a document laying out the Terms of Service for purchasing the account which must be signed by the person with ownership of the PayPal account.
- I will create an invoice for you to pay. The information for the account will then be provided via a hard-copy printout and shipped to your location with signature confirmation to ensure that you receive what you are paying for.
- Going against these terms of service will result in a no sale.
