-eoc part to account is bascially worthless

I made it to be a 70 atk/70str/ 99 def/ 99 range / 99 mage tank with cmb lvl of 106.

Went through everyone in HS 1 by 1 matching up stats closest to his is http://services.runescape.com/m=hiscore_oldschool/hiscorepersonal.ws?user1=Mageprayhero which is not that close...

I couldn't be wrong unless he has leveled his defence more than 2 levels in 1 hour. Unless he is giving out old information. In which case do you want to trust someone too lazy to update their stuff? (I only have to look at the people in HS with 75-78 def to know... that is like 200 people)
