WTS OSRS main, 80 cb have a few questions.

I am looking to sell my OSRS main account, I have gotten relatively bored of RS and haven't had much time to play. It is a pretty good money maker, with low 70's hunting, 79 wc, low 90's fletching, lower 40's slayer, lower 40's smithing, lower 60's fishing, 80 combat level, and quite a few quests done including monkey madness, and others.Combat levels are as follows, Attack mid 60's, strength higher 60's, defense mid 60's, range high 50's, mage mid 50's, prayer 44, health mid 60's. I can provide specifics, I just prefer to be cautious in putting specifics, as in most screen shots I've seen it has some stats blacked out, I'm guessing it's to protect from banning for RWIT. The ban meter is in the green, so the account is clean. The name on the account is fairly unique as well. It does well for F2P pking, as well as PVM. It obviously isn't a pure, or good for P2P pking. It has over a mil in gold, and a bank of about 400k in items, would have more if with items that can be made to be worth more, for example logs fletched into long bows and flax spun to bowstrings.
I am new to selling accounts on sythe, but have been around RS for a long time. So I am looking for useful suggestions on how to go about selling this account, I know I have no vouches so I am willing to use a MM. I am also trying to gauge a value on this account. If I posted in the wrong area, I do apologize. Thanks for any suggestions and help.
