Not sure what the exact requirements, how it's built, or any of that. I have 3 forms that are highly repetitive to fill out twice daily for work and am trying to expedite. The 3 forms all have the same type of user input needed, but in slightly different order on each one.
1st form is 3 pages. Page 1 has 1 Date/Calendar drop down to pick today's date from, 3 text boxes that must be user input, and 2 lists where the same choice must be chosen (done via radio button). The second page has 10 radio buttons and 1 must be chosen randomly. The 3rd page has 3 radio buttons, 1 must be randomly chosen.
2nd form has 2 text boxes that must be user input, date/calendar to pick today's date, and 8 radio buttons that will have the same choice every time.
3rd form has 6 text boxes that must have user input, 3 date/calendar (1 for today's date 2 for user specified dates in the future), and 11 radio buttons that will always be the same choice.

Not sure exactly what this is looking at costing, and not sure what the best way to word this is exactly. If someone is interested at looking into it more PM me or add me on discord and we can discuss in better detail.
