Scammer/hacker rickjames928

I have purchased 3 Quest for rickjames928 to do. He has completed two out of three quest that I have purchased. The reason he couldn't finish the 3rd one is cause of a bug on The void stares back. I will show the mod on the thread I have made about it. PigBow Told me he was pissed at me cause of I didn't believe him about there was a bug. I have reported it to Jagex about it. Since I told Pigbow about what happened he refunded me 10$ since this issue has happened. My password was changed today around 2Pm my time. I just recovered it and set new password on it. I have no idea what I could show that the proof he tried to scam/hack my account. I was on it all the time since this happen. I found out my password was changed when I was going to my thread to check if anyone else had said anything to help me with this bug or whatever. This guy was only person to know my password. I have no Idea why he would wanna change the password on me..
