Seasons Skill hacked!

Look I have been trying to get it back for a month now and I have received, apart from T R I B A L, no help at all. Basically my sythe account Seasons Skill was hacked around a month ago and the hacker is still spamming on it today! Basically I really want it back and I can provide all past passes and I own the email which was used on it since the beginning. If a moderator/administrator could also check the I.P's mine is the one used to create Seasons Skill

Please could someone help me get my account back.
