Video shows all proof, His skype, Proof of sythe account and skype authorization.

He agrees to 100M increments then says he can't

He asks for 300m increments, I accept as he already has 100M of mine and a fair enough reason for the situation.

He then declines the 300m and disagrees to refund the gold without sending me a payment and goes on to take the money.
