I am reporting this on behalf of a friend who has given me this information via discord.

As such, everything mentioned below is not from me but the actual person reporting.

Explanation of the trade: Paid for 77-90 rc.

Amount scammed: 123K blood runes

How they scammed: Asked for a refund on the remainder of order since seller was taking extended breaks. Upon refunding the incomplete work, servicer took the runes claiming they were his

IDK how to prove His argument for keeping the runes is that it is listed on his discord server and on his sythe page that he will keep the runes.
Please note I was unaware this user even had a discord server, I was invited to the server by him after the service had started. Proof attached below. I also never saw the price listing on his forum page, this is evident as I clearly asked for a complete quote from him via direct discord message. Proof attached in the below screenshots. If I had known he would be keeping the runes I would not have used him as the price is exceptionally higher than what I wanted.

I kindly ask for the runes he stole from my account to be returned. I also kindly ask him to prove informing me directly that he would be keeping the runes prior to the service starting.

Hey, It's me ya boi lukkeis.

Client in this dispute expressed his dissatisfactory of previous week only having about 38 hours playtime being slow in the most rude way possible and as such I decided to terminate the order. Price of leftover work was refunded and my resource gathered from doing blood runecrafting was transfered from his account to mine. (6200 blood runes left on the account which he gathered on his own; ~117k blood runes transfered to mine).

He paid for the service only and not the resource gathering as well as me having plastered the statement of blood runes are kept by the worker in pricing list.



If I made an oversight by not specifically mentioning of the resources to be kept by worker before the start of an order then I do apolagize in advance for the inconvenience I may have caused and have no problem issuing that refund as well.

Spain has said the following in response:

The cancel of the order is irrelevant to this report as the dispute is purely about the runes taken & not the rest of the service.

The fact that the "* Runes are kept by worker" is plastered on both of your price lists is irrelevant purely because you did not refer me to the price list or make me aware of this situation when buying services from yourself.

As shown in the photo on the first post, I directly asked you for a quote which you provided via PM straight after, you should have either made me aware of the resource situation in this PM or directed me to your Price List so that I could have seen that this was the case.

The reason I want a refund is because I would have never taken out the service if I knew that the blood runes were going to be taken, I accepted the service with the calculations I had made base on an average amount of Blood Runes I would have received vs the price.

 

In further response to this.

You indeed asked for a quote on 77-90 Runecrafting via ZEAH and I provided you with the price of services and that is what you ordered, 3871k experience. Never did you express that you wanted to keep collected blood runes.

As it is I have no further business with you unless stated otherwise by a Moderator and so let's just wait on that person's response.

 

I'm just going to address the issue regarding the runes being kept as you emphasized that's the only thing being reported here. @lukkeis had mentioned that the runes are kept by the worker, and whether you seen it or not isn't his fault. The could've easily been clarified if you had asked beforehand about how the resources would be facilitated, but you didn't mention anything in regard to that. I don't see a valid claim to hold @lukkeis liable for the runes kept here.
