floridaftw, scammed after I've been banned?

Okay, so superman told me to get a more experienced mod because he doesn't know what to do, so here's the report.

Okay so.

If you look at the scammers post (Grendaziar) He says that he didn't scam me and stuff, he's lying.

Proof ;

First thing in his post showing that he's lying. : *And about the picture of the account.. what does that show us? I could get a picture of 10 accounts with same hp, prayer and summoning and say ”Hey, I bought this account and you recovered it!”
Its not like 99hp, 95 prayer or 88 summoning is ”rare” to have on the high level players.

Second thing ; Blacktux: I know you only want the best of the community, but if you were to look closer on the evidence sent by this scammer, you’d realize its not even valid proof.
Picture 1 (convo) doesnt show my mail – that makes it invalid because people could easily fake it.
Picture 2 (the account) doesnt show anything other than the account I sold him, but that doesnt show anything about him not having the account in his possesion (which I dont doubt he has)

Now, the account was locked on December 28th, 2011, I contacted him, asked to unlock, then he started saying he's keeping it because I'm banned? I have chatlogs, but I realize these aren't proof, so not going to bother, I can show over teamviewer or something.

If you look at his posts on the thread saying he has nothing to do with the account & stuff, then what he says on MSN in the video, It's pretty clear he's scamming because he won't give it back to me unless a staff member says so... I'd be happy with a half refund or something too..

+ If I had the account, why would I be trying so hard to get it back?
