Buying X-fer guide: Paying up to 3m.

Hey there.
Ill need to transfer 32m from a pure to a main i have..
Therefore, ill be buying one xfer method. Speed has to be like 3m/hour at least. If so, the price can be discussed, i might even buy for 4m or above.. Anyways, i need a way that WORKS, and you have to show me the math or something so i can see its actually 3m per hour. Also, you will go first, since i dont know any other ways to transfer, so you will tell me the way and i will transfer you the money using YOUR method! So, if you method is not 3m/hour then you will not get much, since i will see that the method is too slow..
