RWT method, where do rune plates show up

It is random, i suggest using Bounty Hunter if you are trying to RWT or Transfer items.

Dude it always, trust me, lands near the table between chest and the northern support beam its always in that vicinity.... I have rwt'd this way 30+ times..

There is no dude this and dude that. It is ALWAYS ALWAYS random.

Hmm i have found that it is always the first balloon north of the table.
Have done 73 plates this way and have lost 1. (Stupid noob) was hunting me down

i bought an account for 55 rune plates all random but i wasent paying attention. i lost 3 though. E\if you dont pop the ballons will the item show up or dissapear?
