Which of these gears would be best for fastest str xp in nightmare zone?

The common obby setup a lot of ppl use or helm of netiznot, amulet of torture, firecape, bandos tassets, bandos chestplate, barrows gloves, prmordial boots, berserker ring (i) with bludgeon. I assume this option would be best atleast with the rapier but how is it with just a bludgeon?

Im gonna do the afk method with absorptions, rock cake and super combat potion.
Stats currently 70/70/70, so only using dragon boots for now

 

dharoks with 1hp i would say or afk with guthans

 

is guthans faster tho than the maxed meele gear with bandos etc?

I have low hp, only are 70 I think, so was thinking of switching to dharoks when I have 85 hp or whatever the recommendation was.

 

youd wanna build a list of bosses from top/bottom top which is the best/lower defence bosses good luck id use bandos better than guthan for more xp
