Buying 5B (RWT BAN RISK)`

Are the risks much higher now if im buying 5b on my maxed account?
Worried affter the recent post by jagex if they've stepped up there detection for buyers.

 

I would say yes, siphon it through various accounts just to reduce risk of ban.

 

yes, you should do it on different account and maybe wait for week or two and transfer 5b in items to the main account. thats what i would do.

 

It all depends on so many factors that it’s really a chance you taking.

People get banned for splitting some items from drops, and there’s people that do not get banned after trading so many bils over and over.

You can take the best ways of trading and still get banned, and you can be the stupid one and trade 5bil to level 3 and never get banned. It really just depends either chance it or not.

 

^ just got to be flexible and not rush the process to make sure you are in depth prepared. Get creative

 

Definitely is random.

For example, Couple days ago I took 4B on a high level account that actually has genuine playtime each week. Banned.

The same day I took 3B on a low level account, like 1k total with base 30/40/50 stats. No genuine playtime. Not banned.

Then took another 2.5B on a maxed melee mule. Not banned.

Source of the gold was the same. Trades were done at the same time.


You're wanting to buy 5B which is within the same ballpark. All I can suggest is do not buy the gold on an account that you are prepared to lose. You may need to slowly launder the rsgp through other accounts over the months and be prepared for losses as even then it's not 100% safe.

 

The most important part is the source of which you are buying from and what the origin of the source of that gold is. Then you want to make sure to buy of a reputable seller as well.
