Which violation you are reporting the user for: Luring/Scamming isn't allowed
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Runescape Luring

User in question has posted an advertisement essentially for recruiting players for luring in rs3.
As a new user I don't think this behaviour is/should be allowed in this community and is toxic in general.
If I am wrong in my judgement please let me know

The post is over a year old (prior to that implementation) and he hasn't posted on it since. He hasn't done anything wrong here, but I locked the thread.
