Scammed by syth user: Peter Ashmore

Hi, I got scammed by a sythe user named Peter Ashmore. He pretended to sell me 12.4b rs3gp. He made me send $1200 USD first and he ran without giving me the gold. He told me he was a seller on ebay and PA and even offered to pm me on those sites to prove he's a known seller. Please ban this guy so he doesn't scam more people thanks.
