The actual trade was done through a middle man who I have no problem with, he did hit part fine and I don't believe he's anything to do with, I can add those after if needed

Once this is sorted I don't mind DMing or posting the accounts login so it can be added to the blacklist

He does say in those pictures that he's going to make another account so I don't know what else can be done

You can't agree to a payment plan and then hold the account hostage and demand that the user come up with the rest of the payment immediately. Kindly return either the account or the money the user paid you for it.

@EzPez I am sorry for your loss. Please do not give this user any more money as he will surely just run off with it.
