Charge Back By Runsaoo2, 5 Minutes After Transaction!

I sold "Runsaoos2" 70 Million for $52.00 earlier today through Paypal.

He went first and everything went smooth, so we then exchanged vouches.

But, not even 5 minutes after the transaction, I sign back onto Paypal and I have a negative balance of almost $50.00.

He charged back using "Unauthorized Transaction"!

I sign back onto MSN and ask him why he did an "Unauthorized Transaction" charge back and he gave me some BS that he didn't charge back and it was Paypal's fault, even tho he opened up an "Unauthorized Transaction" dispute, lol.

After a few minutes talking with him, he tells me he will call Paypal and get everything under control and then 5 minutes go by and I don't hear a response from him and then he signs off of MSN.

So, then I go onto the Sythe forums and he is on the forums browsing threads and I send him a private message on Sythe and he ignores it and doesn't reply back.

Can this guy get banned or can a mod please Pm this gentleman and tell him to either give me back my 70M or send $50.00 back to my Paypal account.
