MW2 - WTFis a hacked lobby

Last night i joined a random FFA on rust and got put right to R70 for nothing and dc'd. Now I'm being called a cheating scumbag for using 'hacked lobby'.

Googles not giving me anything other than people asking for hacked lobbys. Can any1 give me the lowdown on what it is?

 

well you see gay players who cant play legit because they suck to much use whats called a hacked lobby. people who mod their system can make you lvl 70 10th perstigue in a few minutes.

LOL. I got into a hacked lobby, and I could smoke any one of you in MW2 any day any time.

People who rage about us getting into lobbies are only mad because they can't get into one their selves.

I have a legit 3.12 k/d ratio.

Lobbies affect nobody in an unfair way. All it does is unlock attachments/camos/etc.

^^^^^^ Imma callin you out. No way you run and gun with 3.12. Not possible. You must camp your balls off. But anyway, I generally don't mind hacked lobby fags, just when they claim they are legit and go like 5-30. In the xbox community, most of the "legit" 10th prestige noobs are shrieking adolescent teens, which is the annoying part.

Its easy to run and gun and keep like a 5 k/d i do it most games...

 

I joined one because I was tired of being thrown into games with people who had already unlocked everything, with my own low leveled crap. Now I can actually contend.

 

Lol, you just suck then. When my friends and I all prestiged, we faced a group of about 4 or 5 so called "legit" 10th prestiges, and we were all between level 1-3, and we completely destroyed them with the custom class Famas and Barrett. Throw an M4 in my hands and I'll pretty much poop on anyone.

 

And sorry for the double post, but again, I HIGHLY doubt you do it EVERY game. Most games I have usually a 2/1 ratio, and my K/D is only 1.17. Then again, I'm not someone who thinks they will get laid over it either.

 

I have a 1.50 K/D, but I like messing around more and more after getting bored with MW2, so it dropped a lot. All I do now is play hardcore with the FAL or snipe on Mercs team deathmatch with an Intervention.

On topic: A hacked lobby is a MW2 lobby hosted by someone with a JTAGed Xbox, which allows the running of unsigned code, much like a mod chip for older systems. A file inside the MW2 .iso, or disk, is modified to give outrageous XP amounts in one kill, and can do all sorts of things, not just modify XP. It can unlock all camos, and complete all challenges for example.

JTAGs are not just used for MW2 lobbies. It can be used for anything, from free Xbox Live Arcade games, to modding other games, like Halo.

I would only recommend joining one if you are truly bored with MW2 and don't care about it too much.
