Might be time to stop botting main

So I'm seeing lots and lots of threads about people's accounts being banned and rolled. I'm riding my main to a Max Cape, and I'm about halfway there. If I was rolled, I would be so pissed you could not believe. I only use Premium bots from Rsbots.net (and iDung Pro), but I do bot 24/7. I always bot in discreet places, even though they may be slower, and don't draw attention to myself. Still, do you think I should stop botting my main? Or should I keep going, and hope Fagex doesn't catch on?

 

No matter what botting brings a risk of getting banned.
If you aren't prepared to be banned then I would stop botting.

 

hell yeah keep botting if theres no1 around you. i really dont think they can detect if your botting or not. whats the odds there looking at your acc out of evry acc in rs?

 

I would just stick away from the bots that compete with other players like hunter, woodcutting etc. as these usually lead to player reports. I think for non competitive skills you will be fine, such as runecrafting, crafting, cooking etc.

I usually bot Dungeoneering, or "buy-able" skills that I am able to bot among the throngs of botters at Soul Wars bank. These areas are almost impossible to report.

 

I'd keep botting.

If your main gets banned you can always make another one.

 

I am botting it to a max cape, this account has all holiday items and such from 2005 onward, including vet and classic cape. Oh, and 200m wealth at least. I would rather it not get banned.

 

Keep botting man, just don't bot in the places with high-ban rates and don't use free bots. I've been 24/7ing runecrafting for the past month, no issues/bans at all and earned a nice 130m or so.

 

Nearly every skill can be botted in SW, go there, say w44/w143.

For those that can't be botted in there, I usually use a QC world.

 

99 already, I had the least trouble with that bot. Slade is a genius.

Then I'd stop botting and try legiting some easy skills.

 

I would really recommend not botting on your main, but that's just me. I'm at least taking a break on my main until things calm down a bit.

 

If you really wanna bot your main and not worry about a ban, use RiD bots. Only ones guaranteed to not get you banned.

 

There's always so called "waves" of bans. The truth is, stopping the day of or day after a supposed "mass ban" won't increase or decrease your chances of being banned. People who get banned aren't caught the day before, they're usually flagged days if not weeks to months, and then they're all eventually banned.

There's no point in taking a break. If you were already flagged, you'll probably receive a ban soon. If you weren't, you're at no greater risk botting now as you were two weeks ago.

 

I may cut down a little bit.bot 12 hours a day, in like one 8 hour chunk and one 4 hour chunk. Talk while you bot. I talk, even if there isnt anyone there. lol

 

yeah I suggest that you lower the hours on the botting
take a few breaks don't over do it
but you should be fine dont quit keep it going!

Imo, bot the rest of the really slow 99's.. Rc, hunt, agility and get to a point where you think you can finish off the acc by yourself. Then split completely from bots. Not worth the ban hammer when you're a month away

but other bots i would watch myself.

 

If you have not been reported/banned before the chances of an infraction are low. Avoid infractios by hopping worlds etc.

 

I stopped, but thats because one of my accounts is definatly flagged, gets like 5-10 randoms a day. So they are probably watching my main too :/
