    Running .bat files and CDs?

Can anyone teach me how to run .bat files?
Like after I download them how do I run them?
I have like PowerIso or w.e. but I have no idea how to use it.
Are there any guides on how to run it?

You double click .bat files to run them. Be careful though.

Then what does PowerIso and other programs have to do with it all?

I don't think you'd be mounting .bat files, but PowerISO is basically a program that can mount images on virtual drives.
