Got scammed by sail

    Got scammed by sail
    hello so 2 day ago i had bought an 07 pure account from user "sail"
    on skype and we use a middle man :WolfRunescape

    and everything go alright i sent paypal money 70$ and he give me the account with MIDDLE MAN ...

    and today i was going to log into my account its locked here the picture talk :



    this is the locked account :
