the Scamming little ****

Here to report KolsD, he was previously banned on PowerBot as well - Chuckle was a Powerbot Mod who confirmed he had also been banned for scamming, below is a screenshot of my chat with Chuckle on it.

Explanation of the trade: I'm 100% sure this user was also known as Ronin (talk the same way and exactly the same DP), me and him worked together, whilst working on my personal account he took around 250m+ bandos etc, he scammed someone us whilst we were together for a total sum of 350m as well. His second account Ronin which was also banned on powerbot was banned for scamming someone for 250m or near around that amount. When he scammed me they rejected my report saying i wasn't covered by Market rules due to what he had already scammed..
How they scammed: completing a service, stole GP from me and others whilst completing services.

1. using old powerbot already solved cases (been like 4months ago) which wasn't really about scaming more like misunderstood by customer but it's solved what's the relation to this?

2. Never spoken to the guy, he has ordered nothing from me

3. He mentions some kind of new discord,I haven't changed my discord since day of registration, always been using the one which is on my profile, clearly he has nothing to do or has been imostered

4. Got few other orders completed yesterday which I even got feedbacks from
