In 07 probably, but eoc its xp is so bad that, as last poster said, you should just use hellhounds.

Hounds won't attack you all at once so I wouldn't waste your money on prayer like you would in the bar. Just bring an invo of lobsters.

Yup dungeon, you can youtube the specific spots but most spots are good tbh. Also if you have access to the resource dungeon and have the sufficient dungeoneering level it's even better. Best of luck training!

 

Tried it out Yesterday... Guthans isn't THAT easy to AFK with, still got hit a fair bit at 80 defense.

 

Yeah using Guthans I died once when I wasn't watching. I only have 75 defense though. I was getting around 120k xp an hour though.
